The Jigsaw Job Interview Guarantee Scheme is a new programme of subsidised work placements to help employers in South Yorkshire's creative and digital industries (CDI) to recruit and train suitable staff, filling vital skills gaps that are currently preventing growth. Part of a £7.5m investment in industry training for South Yorkshire's creative and digital businesses through the e-SY skills programme, Jigsaw is offering six to nine month salaried work placements with advice, guidance and the latest industry training, as well as employability skills. Businesses also benefit from support services to help take on new staff. There are currently three Jigsaw schemes in operation:

Jigsaw IT, co-ordinated by Thomas Rotherham College, is addressing the significant shortage of IT technicians in colleges, schools and businesses across South Yorkshire.
